	The Carnival Near the boardwalk and boating docks is the one and only Carnival! Packed with endless games, prizes, rides big-and-small, music, and nightly events, the carnival is one of Torchay's finest places for outdoor entertainment. Torchay Harbor

The most Southern part of Torchay lies the Harbor. It catches most of the warmth and sun that is lavished on Iaqui. The Harbour is full of boats sitting at the docks, some personal while others come in from around the globe bringing in shipments of goods. People arrive from around the world at the Harbour. While it is a large place of global commerce, it is also a very nice place to sight-see when it comes to it's waters and photogenic views.
